
A new podcast series, launches this month titled Rural Health Conversations, developed collaboratively by Western Australia’s University Departments of Rural Health: University Department of Rural Health South West, Western Australian Centre for Rural Health, Goldfields Department of Rural Health and Majarlin Kimberley Centre for Remote Health.
This series features open conversations with rural health professionals, exploring the realities of supervising students on placement- sharing practical insights, challenges and opportunities from across the sector.
From supervision strategies to supporting student wellbeing and navigating rural practice, each episode offers valuable perspectives for current and future clinical educators.
Supported by the Australian Rural Health Education Network (ARHEN), this initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the rural health workforce.
